From September 2021, we’ll be proud partners alongside Nottingham Music Hub. We’re teaming up with our Early Years music making provision and will be offering performances of our musical theatre piece, A Party in the Rainforest, as well as our exciting group hand drumming workshops for young learners. These sessions will be available for all schools in Nottingham.

Schools can contact us, or the hub, to book these bespoke workshops. Sessions can stand-alone as a one-off workshop, or special discounts can be made for booking the series of workshops for a full half term (six weeks).

Not only do we touch on all aspects of learning about music for this age group, these sessions also support children in developing and exploring their social and emotional skills. We use lots of play props and themed soft toys to engage all learners. Even the the most shy children and those who are usually reluctant to join in with group music making activities are smiling and happily joining in with singing and drumming after a short time. It’s lovely to see!
